Refund & Cancellation

In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the formerly bought product before 7 days -return policy Our 7 days return policy is valid until it is without any use of the purchased jewelry.

If you need to return it for any reason, we'll provide you either with a full refund or credits against adjustments for exchange, whichever you may prefer to, within 15 days after the product is sent to us.

Paid amount can also be adjusted as the for later purchase after returning any item.

Any of our products can be returned, except for ones that have been customized for you. However, the value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.50,000/- in case of  any Jewelry.

After receiving your returned item, our Quality Assurance department will review the item. Any items that show signs of wear and tear or have been altered, resized (by any other jeweler or an individual), or damaged cannot be accepted for return/money back.

Product should be accompanied with Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back within the 10 Day period..

In case of return of diamond jewelry, if the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping cost and the cost of certification shall be borne by the customer.

For all Money Back transactions, Value Added Tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the money back value. The prevailing rate is 1%.

In case of Money back, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee cheque or NEFT within 15 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.

Old jewelry Exchange facility is available with our products only. In this case, Barh Jewelry reserves the right to the change of price based on the current market risk.
