Our logistics department is integrated with Sequel Logostics, a private logistics company who will reach our products to every individual buyer buying jewelry from us.

Each and every jewelry will be insured. So, our items are 100% safe during the transition period.

We will not be responsible for any kind of mistaken shipping address registered by any individual buyer.

We will not be responsible for any kind of fake shipping address registered by any buyer.

In case of mistaken registration of shipping address, the buyer has to pay the delivery charges for redelivering the item.

In case of fake shipping address, the company can sue the responsible person.

In case, a party gets transferred , from one place to another after ordering a product, or when the product is in transition period, the buyer will have to inform us for changing the address. Otherwise, the party has to pay extra delivery charges for re-delivering the product.
